Terms & Refunds

Certification gives you access to the relevant training content, the teaching platform, and the associated live calls and partner community, for the period stated on the Certification page. It is a personal licence to use the INDIGO method under your own brand, it is not a franchise and does not transfer ownership of any INDIGO materials or trademarks.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payment plans, where offered, are set out at checkout.

This is digital training content. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you would normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase, but you lose that right as soon as you have been given access to the content, provided you have expressly asked for access to begin before that 14-day period ends and confirmed you understand you are giving up your right to cancel by doing so. We ask you to confirm this at checkout. Once access has been provided, refunds are not available.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of purchase.
