Privacy Policy

Depending on which form you use, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and for parent enquiries, your child's age. School enquiries also include your role and school name.

To respond to your enquiry, to book and manage your consultation, and, if you complete a purchase, to process your certification and set up your access to the teaching platform.

If you submit the "Find a class" form as a parent, and tick the consent box, your details are shared with our approved INDIGO partners so they can contact you about classes. School enquiries and general contact form submissions are not shared with partners.

We use third-party services to run this site and our business, who process data on our behalf: Stripe and Klarna (payments), Mailchimp and Perspective (email communications), Calendly (booking), and Skool (community). Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, for our legal and accounting obligations, and delete it when it's no longer needed.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or ask us to stop using your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled it.
